We explore how data science and novel AI models can alleviate problems in domains like healthcare, life sciences, and news analytics. Our focus includes the extraction of named entities and relations from unstructured texts, multimodal learning on text, graph, and tabular data, Large Language Models (LLMs), biomedical data integration, healthcare recommender systems, and clinical decision-support systems.
